Hey there, my name is Micah and I'm a photographer.  

 

Photography has saved me.  It came into my life just when I needed it the most and it has helped me ever since.

I was a young mother of 3 boys.  My husband and I worked really hard to have those 3 boys.  Through the magic of IVF we had 2 full term pregnancies brining us our oldest son Jack and our twins Sonny and Benny.  They are such a blessing and actually the main reason I bought a DSLR camera in the first place!

While we did experience success through our IVF journey,  it was also riddled with loss and miscarriage, and I found myself in not a very good mental place.  

​

Creativity has always been an outlet for me.  So I took the knowledge and skills I had learned in my high school film photography class and put it to work learning how to shoot in manual on my DSLR.  I did a few sessions for family and friends and found out that I absolutely loved it and the rest is history.

Not only am I in a better place mentaly, but it also brings me so much joy to capture your special moments and relationships.  To freeze a moment in time and make it last forever.  Together we are capturing the moments you yearn to hold onto for a lifetime.
